Rodeo Sponsorship
Since 1986, the Great Plains Rodeo has provided an opportunity for everyone to compete in the action-packed sport of rodeo. As a member association of IGRA, we encourage diversity and acceptance, and anyone is welcome. Unlike most rodeos, every event at the Great Plains Rodeo is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Competitors come from not just Oklahoma, but from across the nation. Typically, our rodeo draws the most competitors and the largest audience of any International Gay Rodeo Association (IGRA) rodeo. The rodeo will be held at the new Canadian County Expo Center.
Because we are an all-volunteer organization, we need the generous support of our community sponsors to make the rodeo happen. We are, therefore, asking for your help in sponsoring the 2025 rodeo. Our costs include rental of the arena facilities, stock contractor, lodging for IGRA staff and officials, meeting space rental, awards, and associated expenses. In all, $30,000 is required to put on a quality event.
As a sponsor, you will receive advertising on a banner, along with numerous announcements and appreciation for your support by the rodeo announcer. If you have a banner and would like us to use yours, we will. Plus, you will know you are helping not only our organization, but the community as a whole. All profits from the rodeo benefit our charity partners. .

Vendor-FREE
Spend the weekend at the rodeo providing the attendees with your products and services. Each vendor gets a 10x10 space and electric is available. Vendor spaces are FREE! All we ask is for a donation of a silent auction item. This can be a product or certificate for service.
Buckle Sponsorship-$300
Event buckles are given to those contestants who win first place in each event. The buckle sponsorship will include recognition during the event each day, recognition/presentation of buckle at the awards ceremony, and an arena banner. Buckle sponsors can sponsor a buckle for any event (men's, women's, or both, depending on availability). Each buckle is sponsored for $300. There is a discount of $50 for multiple buckles ($250 ea.)
Ribbon Sponsorship-$500
Ribbons are given for those that place in each event. You sponsor ribbons for 15 events. A total of 290 ribbons. Touch the lives of more contestants who cherish and display their ribbons with pride. The Ribbon Sponsor will receive recognition during each event as well as other times during the day and an arena banner.
All-Around Buckle Sponsorship-$600
All-Around buckles are given to the cowboy and cowgirl that achieves the most points over the entire rodeo days. The all-around speed & roping buckle sponsorship will include recognition during the event each day, recognition/presentation of buckle at the awards ceremony, and an arena banner. The All-Around buckle sponsors can sponsor either or both buckles (cowboy and/or cowgirl). Each buckle is sponsored for $600.
Commercial Member Sponsorship-$1000
With the Commercial Member Sponsorship, your company becomes an actual member of the GPRA and receives year-round visibility at all of our events, not just the rodeo. You can assign a member of your organization to participate in membership meetings representing your company. Additionally, you will get a monthly post on GPRA social media, a banner in the arena, and recognition at our monthly events around the state of Oklahoma.
Bronze Level Rodeo Sponsorship-$2000
The bronze level rodeo sponsorship provides for general needs of the rodeo including rental of the arena facilities, stock contractor, lodging for IGRA staff and officials, meeting space rental, awards, and associated expenses. In all, an additional $30,000 is required to put on a quality event. The bronze sponsorship will include recognition during the event each day, one buckle sponsorship, recognition/presentation of buckle at the awards ceremony, and an arena banner. Bronze level sponsorship is $2000.
Silver Level Rodeo Sponsorship-$5000
The silver level rodeo sponsorship provides for general needs of the rodeo including rental of the arena facilities, stock contractor, lodging for IGRA staff and officials, meeting space rental, awards, and associated expenses. In all, an additional $30,000 is required to put on a quality event. The silver sponsorship will include recognition during the event each day, two buckle sponsorships, recognition/presentation of buckles at the awards ceremony, and an arena banner. Silver level sponsorship is $5000.
Gold Level Rodeo Sponsorship-$10,000
The gold level rodeo sponsorship provides for general needs of the rodeo including rental of the arena facilities, stock contractor, lodging for IGRA staff and officials, meeting space rental, awards, and associated expenses. In all, an additional $30,000 is required to put on a quality event. The gold sponsorship will include recognition during the event each day, four buckle, recognition/presentation of buckle at the awards ceremony, and an arena banner on chutes. The gold level sponsorship is $10,000.
Platinum Level Rodeo Sponsorship-$15,000
The platinum level rodeo sponsorship is the highest level of sponsorship and provides for general needs of the rodeo including rental of the arena facilities, stock contractor, lodging for IGRA staff and officials, meeting space rental, awards, and associated expenses. In addition to having you or your companies' logo on all printed, web, and social media, the platinum sponsorship will have arena chute banners provided listing the sponsor as the platinum level sponsor. In addition, the sponsor will receive recognition during the event each day, six buckle sponsorships, and recognition/ presentation of buckles/ribbons at the awards ceremony, Platinum level sponsorship is $15,000.
